Our client, a premier Irish law firm, seeks to appoint an ambitious Construction Litigation Solicitor to its dynamic and market leading team in Dublin. In addition to advising on major construction disputes, this role also offers the opportunity to work on high-profile non-contentious construction law matters across a wide range of sectors, including infrastructure, energy, pharma, and technology. Key Responsibilities Advise on all stages of construction and engineering projects, from planning and procurement to project completion and dispute resolution. Handle significant dispute resolution matters, including mediation, adjudication, arbitration, as well as High and Commercial Court proceedings. Draft and negotiate construction contracts, design appointments, and project agreements. Provide guidance on health and safety compliance and defend enforcement actions. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth project delivery and mitigate risks. Candidate Profile Solicitor qualified in Ireland or the UK with 3-6 years PQE in construction law (contentious and non-contentious), gained with a boutique, mid-sized, or large law firm. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and dispute resolution. Proven experience advising on large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong technical and drafting skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to handle complex matters and work effectively in a team.
