Our client are a well-established Building, Civils & Demolition Contractor who are seeking a Graduate in Construction Administration / Management to join their growing team Responsibilities: Assist the HSEQ Team Tender Pre-Qualification Submissions preparing H&S, Environmental & Sustainability, and Quality documents Apply for and manage Road Opening Licence Applications Assist with preparation and submission of Resource & Waste Management Plans Preparation of project Health and Safety documentation, particularly RAMS documentation Prepare Powerpoint presentations Assist the QS Team with Tender and Procurement functions Obtain and evaluate Quotations for materials that meet specification requirements, place POs Prepare Sub-Contractor Enquiry packages Prepare Technical Submissions Provide support to the Project Teams Update Master Programme, prepare sub programmes (2 week, 4 week look ahead) Weekly Inspection of Site Documentation and record keeping The ideal candidate would have the following skills: Qualification in Construction Management & Administration or other appropriate Engineering Qualification Experience of Microsoft Project an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided Experience of Maproad Licensing (MRL) System an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided Familiarity and Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) a distinct advantage Experience of CAD an advantage, but not essential IOSH Managing Safely for Construction Managers an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided Excellent communication skills Successful candidates must be flexible and have the ambition to progress within the organisation.
