Manage a team of engineers to execute a project scope safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Key responsibilities include:
- Health and Safety management
- Work activity management
- Method statement completion
- Work planning and execution
- Site supervision team management
- Constructability reporting
- Subcontractor work scope execution
- Prefabrication planning
- Progress reporting
- Cost management
- Client liaison
- Site change control
- Inspections
- Quality control
- Handover packages
Requirements include:
- 5-7 years of CM/Project Engineer experience
- Experience in mechanical construction projects
- Proficiency in Navis Works or equivalent
- Management of Safety in Construction (MSIC) desirable
