**Construction Manager Wanted for Large-Scale Pharmaceutical Project**
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a major Pharmaceutical Construction project in Sligo. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing large-scale construction projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Overall responsibility for the management of the Construction Project
- Ensure compliance with PM Group systems and procedures
- Manage project Construction Services personnel, including recruitment, liaison, onboarding, and on-site coordination
- Provide leadership in Construction Health & Safety, Construction QAQC, Constructability, Contracts/Commercial, and Project Controls
- Work closely with PM Group Construction Services to enhance and develop service delivery
**Requirements:**
- Degree-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Additional Professional Qualifications in Engineering or Construction/Project Management desirable
- At least 10 years' experience in managing large-scale construction projects and multi-disciplinary teams
- Demonstrated capability in Construction delivery within specialized industrial sectors
- Proven ability to promote and ensure exemplary health and safety standards on large-scale construction projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
