**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Construction Project Director to lead the delivery of construction projects in specialized industrial sectors, with a focus on Life Sciences, Food, and Mission Critical.

The Construction Project Director will play a central role in all aspects of construction project delivery, requiring flexibility in relation to travel throughout Ireland and Western Europe. The role is senior, client-facing, and requires the ability to inspire confidence from the taking of a client brief through proposal preparation and onto construction delivery.
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated capability in construction delivery within specialized industrial sectors.
- Professional qualification in engineering or construction/project management.
- 10+ years of professional experience.
- Proven track record in EHS leadership.
- Excellent knowledge and strong understanding of H&S statutory requirements.
- Good understanding of contractual models and supply chain capability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
The Construction Project Director will be responsible for:
- Overall responsibility for assigned construction project delivery.
- Assisting with strategy and input to the construction aspects of proposals.
- Ensuring the implementation of the Company's Health, Safety, and Environmental policy.
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination between construction sites and home office departments.
- Reviewing project construction performance and PM Group performance with the customer.
- Ensuring execution of projects are in accordance with project goals, especially in areas of safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
