Role: Project Manager Client: Main Contractor Location: Cork Salary: Competitive package Our Client: Our client is a leading main contractor in the Munster region with a strong pipeline of projects in both Limerick and Cork. They work on a range of projects including warehousing, pharma, residential and commercial projects. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join them in Cork where your role will oversee some new upcoming residential projects both housing and apartments in the region. Previous residential experience is required. Required Background: Further education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a Trade beneficial 10+ years experience in the industry Excellent organizational skills with an ability to achieve project deadlines Maintain positive relationship with the client Track-record in managing site teams Strong awareness of Commercial elements of projects Must have full awareness of Irish building regulations Must have excellent communication skills The Package: Strong salary on offer as well as other perks, including vehicle etc. Skills: Construction Project Manager Project Management PM Residential Housing Apartments
