Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within the construction industry, with excellent leadership and communication skills. They will work closely with all stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale construction project. Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management. Problem-solve and address any project-related issues that may arise. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or commercial construction. Strong knowledge of construction project management processes and best practices. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Proficiency with project management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver within tight deadlines.
