Job Summary: The Project Manager will oversee the development and delivery of construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our construction projects, working closely with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
  • Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that projects meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aware of project requirements and timelines.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Financial Monitoring and Control:

  • Monitor and manage project finances, ensuring that all costs are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, and monitor progress against these budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
