Job Title: Construction Project Manager Location: Onsite in the Bluebell Inchicore area Within walking distance from the Bluebell Luas stop Job Overview: Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of the construction of a food processing facility Supervise subcontractors and site staff across various disciplines Manage project budget and schedule Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations onsite Maintain comprehensive site documentation and reports Coordinate construction activities to avoid disruption to client operations Required Skills: Bachelors degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management Experience with industrial and food-grade building projects Strong project management and organizational abilities Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints Excellent leadership and communication skills Familiarity with construction management software Project Description: Construction of an extension to an operational food processing facility Partial demolition of the existing structure Erection of a new steel frame for the building extension Construction of a new lift shaft and stairwell Installation of Kingspan roof and wall cladding Development of a large cold storage room Installation of internal whitewall panels in food production areas Complete M&E fit-out of the extension Refurbishment of the existing building Project timeline: 24 months for the new build, followed by 18 months for refurbishment Skills: Construction management Project Cost Control Contracts management
