Job Description

If you are a highly organized construction project manager with a strong track record in the construction industry, we want to hear from you! The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for ensuring that all flooring installation projects are delivered on time and within budget, whilst maintaining Footfalls high quality standards. The role requires a professional, skilled, and well organised individual with the capability to plan and execute projects efficiently and effectively. Budget Control: Monitor and manage project budgets and scope changes. Professionalism: Maintain company image and ensure team professionalism. Scheduling: Optimize schedules for efficient resource use. Site Meetings: Attend and action site meetings. Client Coordination: Define and agree on project details with clients. Resource Allocation: Assign appropriate labour and skills to projects. Safety: Ensure safety systems are followed and maintain a safe workspace. Quality Control: Set clear expectations and ensure high-quality delivery. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues. Stock Management: Ensure timely delivery of stock and equipment. Compliance: Install products per manufacturer recommendations. Progress Tracking: Track and communicate project progress. Information Flow: Maintain smooth communication between all parties. Snagging Management: Manage snagging activities. Project Closure: Ensure smooth project closure and facilitate payment. Continuous Improvement: Maintain a log of lessons learned. Reporting: Attend weekly PM meetings and report on costs. Other Responsibilities: Training: Complete training in Footfall product installation. Safety Compliance: Adhere to Footfall's 0% accident policy and statutory safety responsibilities. Requirements: 5+ years experience in project management in a construction-related field. Proven track record of successful project completions. Highly organized with multitasking ability. Strong customer service and independent work skills. High-quality standards and budget management. Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and job management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Full and clean driving license. Willingness for nationwide travel and some unsociable hours.
