Position Overview:


As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.

You will work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to drive project performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee project design and construction processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports, including status updates, budget performance, and risk assessments.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
  • Lead project meetings and provide guidance and direction to project teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within a consultancy environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering them on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Exceptional organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
