Job Description
Lead Residential Builder seeks Purchasing Manager in Clonee, Co. Meath, €55-€75K (DOE). 3+ years purchasing experience in construction, good knowledge of building materials required. Report to Construction Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate best prices
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in purchasing role in construction industry
- Good knowledge of building materials and industry trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
