Purchasing Manager for leading Residential Builder in Greater Dublin area. Responsible for purchasing and managing construction materials. A seasoned Purchasing Manager is required to lead the procurement of building materials for our expanding Residential Builder in the Greater Dublin area. **Key Responsibilities:** • Source and purchase construction materials from suppliers • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers • Negotiate prices and delivery terms • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations • Collaborate with the Construction Director to achieve project goals **Requirements:** • 3+ years of experience in a Purchasing role in the construction industry • Strong knowledge of building materials • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines **About the Company:** We are a leading Residential Builder in the Greater Dublin area, with a reputation for delivering high-quality homes to our customers.
