Role: Senior Project Manager (Oversee Role) Client: Main Building Contractor Industry: Construction (Residential) Location: Dunboyne Meath Base: On Site Salary: €90K - €110K (DOE) + Vehicle/Allowance + Pension Reports To: Contracts Manager Overview: A Main Contractor client of ours is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join there team. The successful candidate will manage the construction of 3 x Apartment blocks (90-120 units in Total), ensuring project delivery to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. This is a dynamic role with significant responsibility, reporting to the Project Director. There is already a construction team in place but they want the Project Manager to come in and over see things as the Contracts Manager is currently involved in that project as well as managing multiple others. There is also a new phase starting aswell in the coming months on the same site. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery, from inception to completion. Ensure the smooth running of multiple blocks while liaising with design, commercial, and operational teams. Oversee the planning, coordination, and control of the project, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues as they arise. Implement health, safety, and environmental standards on-site. Maintain a high level of communication with site teams, keeping all parties informed of project milestones. Drive performance, ensuring quality control and standards are adhered to. Provide regular reports to senior management on project progress, risks, and financial status. Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, ideally with large residential projects. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, regulations, and health & safety requirements. Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple teams across various disciplines. Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
