The successful candidate will manage the construction of 3 x Apartment blocks (90-120 units in Total), ensuring project delivery to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. This is a dynamic role with significant responsibility, reporting to the Project Director.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all aspects of project delivery, from inception to completion.Ensure the smooth running of multiple blocks while liaising with design, commercial, and operational teams.Oversee the planning, coordination, and control of the project, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.Manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues as they arise.Implement health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.Maintain a high level of communication with site teams, keeping all parties informed of project milestones.Drive performance, ensuring quality control and standards are adhered to.Provide regular reports to senior management on project progress, risks, and financial status.Ideal CandidateMinimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, ideally with large residential projects.Strong knowledge of construction techniques, regulations, and health & safety requirements.Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple teams across various disciplines.Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.If you are interested in the above, please apply to the job by submitting your CV, or call or email, and I will happily talk you through this role and other opportunities which I'm working on.SkillsConstruction, Residential, Apartments, Project ManagerSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Project ManagementIndustries: Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
