Job Description

Role Overview The Site Administrator will be responsible for managing all project documentation and ensuring compliance with Building Control Regulations. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this position plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of construction projects. The successful candidate will be technically proficient, with a strong understanding of construction processes and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Compile required product certifications from contractors. Gather and submit material specifications documentation through Oracle's Aconnex for approval. Ensure the coordination and provision of all test certificates and confirmations to satisfy all certifiers. Collate all project documentation related to inspection plans and Building Control Amendment Regulations 2014. Review inspection reports and recommend appropriate actions as necessary. Monitor and review subcontractor progress and performance, providing feedback to site management. Prepare and submit Progress Reports. Perform other ad hoc duties as required on-site. Requirements A third-level qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, or a related technical discipline. Relevant experience in civil engineering or construction roles. Comprehensive understanding of Building Control Regulations and Code of Practice. Full understanding of the construction sequence of works. Strong technical skills with excellent communication abilities. A full valid driving license is required.
