Job Description
Construction Solicitor sought for a well-established Mid Sized Law Firm in Dublin, with 4-6 years PQE, to develop their career in a new and expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on transactional and contentious matters
- Managing client engagements with minimal supervision
- Dealing with dispute resolution processes, including adjudication, conciliation, mediation, court proceedings and arbitration
- Advising on construction contracts and drafting development agreements
Requirements:
- 4-6 years PQE
- Genuine interest in construction law, practice and industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly manner
