They are currently growing their Construction team and are keen to attract qualified candidates who have a genuine interest in furthering/developing their career in this area of practice. Given the size of the team and the plans for the future, there is a real selling point in respect of the opportunity, autonomy and scope that this role affords the successful candidate. You'll work closely with the Partner and a small, collaborative team - candidates with previous construction experience are preferred, but if you have commercial litigation and/or property experience, I would still welcome a call to discuss and share some further insights. The role : Youll handle both transactional and contentious matters, managing client engagements with minimal yet supportive supervision. Your role will involve navigating a variety of dispute resolutionprocesses, including adjudication, conciliation, mediation, court proceedings, and arbitration. Advise on both standard form and bespoke construction contracts. Draft and negotiate development agreements, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and other key project documents. Lead client engagements, ensuring smooth project delivery and client satisfaction. Manage complex disputes and transactional work, while honing your expertise across both areas. Candidates with varying experience levels are welcome provided you have a minimum of 2 years PQE in a relevant area of practice. Salary is dependent on experience but there is a strong overall package on offer.
