Wachsman is a global communications consultancy advising leaders on emerging technologies. We provide strategic and communications consulting, reputation management, and public policy services to innovative companies.

We are seeking a highly skilled communications professional to join our team in Dublin. This is a hybrid position with team members attending our office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with the option to work from home on Wednesday and Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing global PR campaigns.
  • Draft, edit, and issue press materials.
  • Deal with enquiries from press, clients, and external organisations.
  • Research and create narratives for pitching to reporters globally.
  • Conduct one-on-one client engagement regularly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influential media to secure coverage.
  • Support and train junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of PR agency experience.
  • Exceptional work ethic and motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication with a strong interest in finance and technology.
  • Strong track record of securing media coverage and experience in developing relationships with reporters.
  • Ability to think strategically when developing global PR campaigns.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and present complex information concisely.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team and mentor junior team members.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
