At Northern Trust, a Fortune 500 company with over 130 years of financial experience, we are seeking a skilled EMEA Compliance Testing (ECT) professional to join our EMEA Compliance Testing team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for conducting risk-based testing and validation to ensure regulatory compliance across various business segments and geographies. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Plan and execute testing reviews to assess compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Identify and document potential weaknesses or exceptions to policies and processes
- Engage with Compliance SMEs and business partners to understand matters of concern
- Validate and summarize testing results in clear, concise language
- Develop strong relationships with Internal Audit and business partners to coordinate testing efforts and share results
- Conduct meetings with business unit partners and management to discuss testing results and challenge management responses
