Consultant Engineer (Power Generation) role in Dublin, working on energy generation projects with an international engineering consultancy.
Vickerstock is working with a leading engineering consultancy, with 4 offices across the UK and Ireland, employing 160 people. They are looking to supplement their Dublin-based team with a Consultant Engineer (Mechanical or Process bias) experienced in thermal power projects.

As a Consultant Engineer, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide technical input and expertise across a range of power generation and renewable energy projects. Initially, this will be working on thermal power generation projects but will cover the full spectrum of the energy market.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Mechanical or Process Engineering degree (ideally MEng / MSc)
- Excellent knowledge and experience of power generation technologies and processes
- Experience that includes a mix of design and project management
- Experience in the production of feasibility studies and project development relating to thermal power plants
