Role/ Department: This role will report to and work directly with the Global Fee Governance Lead, focusing on Governance, Controls and the compilation and development of reporting across NT Fee Teams. This role involves extensive liaison with Business Operations Teams, Client Services, Financial Control, Audit, Compliance and Legal and is also responsible for ensuring the design and operational effectiveness of controls operating globally. The key responsibilities of the role include: Support controls (SOX) and internal/external audits, including planning and liaising with internal and external Auditors Build and maintain service level descriptions (SLDs) with all areas of the business; Build and measure KPI to ensure that SLDs are met Provide extensive management information (KPIs, KRIs, debtors, accrual analysis) to a variety of stakeholders; Contribute to continuous enhancement of processes, controls and documentation; Provide guidance on Governance related queries e.g. compliance breaches, legal agreements etc.; Support timely completion and review of monthly and quarterly corporate requirements including reporting and reconciliations; Skills/ Qualifications: The successful candidate will benefit from having: Audit and Accounting experience preferred Other relevant experience in Risk Management/Compliance will be considered Knowledge of control frameworks (Operational Risk, Internal Control Framework etc.) Excellent communication skills Highly numerate with strong analytical and problem solving skills Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Visio Proactive style to implement new processes and the ability to deal with change Working with Us: As a Northern Trust partner, greater achievements await.
