Senior Mar Tech Engineer
Summary: Experienced Senior Mar Tech Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js and.NET to develop innovative solutions and lead high-quality software projects.
The Marketing Technology (Mar Tech) team specializes in developing innovative solutions across marketing platforms. We build integrations for our identity system, promo engine, and various other marketing experiences.
- Develop innovative solutions that meet market needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, and adherence to development goals and principles.
- Participate in and adhere to professional software engineering practices using tools and methodologies such as Agile Software Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Deployment, and Source Code Management.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in the development process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Architects, and Global Teams.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency with Computer Science/Software Engineering knowledge and contribute to the technical skills growth of other team members.
- Develop industry and product technical expertise.
Technical Skills:
- Solid knowledge of backend programming language,.NET core (and above) or Node JS.
- Solid knowledge of Azure Function Apps, Azure App Service, Serverless Architecture, and patterns.
- Experience building RESTful microservices and large systems in services-oriented architectures.
- Solid understanding of security concepts.
- Expert in building secure web applications and RESTful services.
- Solid understanding of programming paradigms (object-oriented, functional, event-driven etc.) and their applications.
- Experience of Azure B2 C/Entrata-ID, a working understanding of Azure B2 C custom policies, AAD Applications, Authentication, and IAM.
- Solid knowledge of CICD systems such as Git Hub, Jenkins, Bamboo.
- Nice to have - experience with Microsoft Chatbot Framework, Twilio, Infobip.
Work Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Node.js and.NET-based application development.
- Experience with Azure in a large enterprise environment.
- Azure certifications above AZ-900.
- Nice to have, familiarity with Azure AAD (B2 C), OAuth, Adobe CRM (AJO, AEP, AEM).
- Nice to have, AWS experience or certifications.
- Nice to have, Java knowledge.
