Job Summary: Ireland Client Expenses Team Lead

The Ireland Client Expenses Team is responsible for:
- Payment of third-party fees, management fees, performance fees, and directors' fees
- Calculation and filing of related tax returns
- Preparation and review of client budgets on a quarterly basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Ireland Client Expenses operational process
- Lead and guide partners, fostering an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness across a broad spectrum of financial and accounting matters
- Drive and lead the review and approval of payments and budgets, file tax returns, and resolve client queries
- Maintain unrivalled client satisfaction and continuously improve department performance
Requirements:
- Experience in oversight of an accounts payable function for a multi-national organization
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, planning, presentation, leadership, and motivational skills
- Proven client management skills in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Strong PC skills, notably MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
