Project Consultant sought to lead project planning and coordination, leveraging expertise in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and 4D with Synchro, to drive project success.

About the Role
As a Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our hard-working team planning all major project activities into the master schedule in coordination with the delivery management team.
- Project planning using Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject and 4D with Synchro
- Data analytics and Project Intelligence dashboards with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps and Excel
- Develop and maintain project schedules and controls
- Critical analysis and review of schedules, reports, and programme management outputs
- Preparation, governance, and management of project planning and scheduling related documentation
- Critical path analysis, management, and mitigation
- Progress management
- Management of contractual compliance and contract review reports
- Liaising with client and subcontractors
- Managing subcontractors programme and coordination
- Attending/running project meetings
- Preparation and delivery of progress presentations to project teams
- Delay claim and extension of time (EOT) management
- Programme advisory to project team
- Perform maturity assessments on clients to understand areas of improvement
- Provide general project support when required
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communicator in English
- 3+ years of site experience in the delivery of engineering & construction Projects or similar
- Strong level Excel skills and strong interest in data
