Job Description

Consultant Medical Ophthalmologist Duties Provide adult ophthalmic services which are to include but not limited to: Medical Retinal service Glaucoma Neuro-ophthalmology Minor procedures / lasers Consultation service to the inpatients, Emergency Department and Acute Medical Unit Provide paediatric eye care services (including Retinopathy of Prematurity Screening Service)

Retinal laser treatments, delivery of intravitreal injections, interpretation of complex imaging of the ocular anatomy (retinal photography, optical coherence tomography (OCT), OCT angiography (OCTA), fluorescein angiography (FFA) indocyanine green (ICG) ) or function (perimetry, ocular electrophysiology etc).

Requirements Must have Specialist Registration with the IMC Must have experience in Retinopathy of Prematurity Screening (ROP) Skills:
Specialist Registration with the IMC ROP experience
