Consultant Medical Ophthalmologist

Highly skilled specialist required to provide comprehensive ophthalmic services, including medical retinal services, glaucoma care, and paediatric eye care.

About the Role

• Provide adult ophthalmic services, including medical retinal services, glaucoma care, and minor procedures/lasers
• Consultation services to inpatients, Emergency Department, and Acute Medical Unit
• Deliver paediatric eye care services, including Retinopathy of Prematurity Screening Service
• Interpret complex imaging of ocular anatomy and function

Requirements

• Must have Specialist Registration with the IMC
• Must have experience in Retinopathy of Prematurity Screening (ROP)
