Job Description
Seeking a Consultant Medical Ophthalmologist to provide adult and paediatric eye care services, including medical retinal services, glaucoma, and minor procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing medical retinal services, glaucoma, and neuro-ophthalmology care
- Performing minor procedures and laser treatments
- Consulting with inpatients, Emergency Department, and Acute Medical Unit
- Providing paediatric eye care services, including Retinopathy of Prematurity Screening Service
- Interpreting complex imaging of the ocular anatomy and function
Requirements:
- Specialist Registration with the IMC
- Experience in Retinopathy of Prematurity Screening (ROP)
