Role: Private Equity Department Assistant in Limerick, Ireland.
- Assist in administration of Private Equity Funds, including fund accounting, transfer agency, and financial reporting.
- Manage preparation of interim and annual financial statements for PE Funds.
- Liaise with clients and external auditors, dealing with audit queries.
- Ensure agreed client service levels and regulatory filing deadlines are met.
- Oversee preparation of regulatory returns, including compliance reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of operating expenses.
Requirements: Recognized Professional Accounting Qualification, 2+ years of experience, knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP/US GAAP and IFRS, and ability to work well as part of a team.
