Role: Private Equity Department Assistant in Limerick, Ireland.

  • Assist in administration of Private Equity Funds, including fund accounting, transfer agency, and financial reporting.
  • Manage preparation of interim and annual financial statements for PE Funds.
  • Liaise with clients and external auditors, dealing with audit queries.
  • Ensure agreed client service levels and regulatory filing deadlines are met.
  • Oversee preparation of regulatory returns, including compliance reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of operating expenses.

Requirements: Recognized Professional Accounting Qualification, 2+ years of experience, knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP/US GAAP and IFRS, and ability to work well as part of a team.

About the Role: Assist in administration of Private Equity Funds, manage preparation of financial statements, and ensure accurate and timely payment of operating expenses.
