Experienced facilitator and experience designer sought for EY wavespace Dublin team.
Design and deliver exceptional client experiences using emerging human-centred design methods and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:

Support design, management, and facilitation of client experiences.

Understand client challenges and needs and translate them into clear objectives.

Transfer EY's and client's objectives into the design of the experience, ensuring alignment with desired goals.

Design compelling agendas and facilitate the client and EY teams to integrate their knowledge and expertise.

Assist in ideation, board creation, and design, as well as materials preparation.

Create visually impactful content for client-facing sessions.
-
Liaise with Experience Leader/Manager and other team members.

Coordinate session logistics and resources, ensuring all key elements are in place.

Schedule meetings, support with notetaking, and align calendars on different software.

Write up session outcomes, complete credential write-ups, and liaise with the client team for follow-up activities.
Qualifications:

3-5 years of professional experience in experience design, design thinking, customer/employee experience, or related fields.

Excellent communication skills and ability to investigate and learn new facilitation techniques.

Experience using interactive technology and collaboration tools.

Ability to work with a wide range of multidisciplinary teams and clients.

High emotional intelligence and strong ability to handle and facilitate difficult conversations.

Relevant professional experience in one or more of the following disciplines/frameworks: experience design, design thinking, customer/employee experience, strategy and business design, system design, innovation design, project management, SCRUM, Agile.
