Job Description
Experienced facilitator and experience designer sought for EY wavespace Dublin team. Design and deliver exceptional client experiences using emerging human-centred design methods and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support design, management, and facilitation of client experiences.
- Understand client challenges and needs and translate them into clear objectives.
- Transfer EY's and client's objectives into the design of the experience, ensuring alignment with desired goals.
- Design compelling agendas and facilitate the client and EY teams to integrate their knowledge and expertise.
- Assist in ideation, board creation, and design, as well as materials preparation.
- Create visually impactful content for client-facing sessions.
- Liaise with Experience Leader/Manager and other team members.
- Coordinate session logistics and resources, ensuring all key elements are in place.
- Schedule meetings, support with notetaking, and align calendars on different software.
- Write up session outcomes, complete credential write-ups, and liaise with the client team for follow-up activities.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in experience design, design thinking, customer/employee experience, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to investigate and learn new facilitation techniques.
- Experience using interactive technology and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work with a wide range of multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- High emotional intelligence and strong ability to handle and facilitate difficult conversations.
- Relevant professional experience in one or more of the following disciplines/frameworks: experience design, design thinking, customer/employee experience, strategy and business design, system design, innovation design, project management, SCRUM, Agile.
