Job Description
We are seeking a Community Operations Analyst to join our team in Dublin. This role involves investigating and resolving reported content, requiring strong personal resilience and empathy.
Key responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve reported issues, including account support and potentially abusive content
Use market knowledge and insights to improve support for our client's community of users
Gather and analyze data to develop ways to improve the user experience
Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues to the global team
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
Requirements:
Strong personal resilience and ability to work in a pressured environment
Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy
High adaptability and positive approach to challenges
Ability to make decisions, prioritize, solve problems, and work as part of a team

Base salary €29,700 per year, with potential increments up to €39,500 based on shift pattern and performance-based bonuses

Eligibility:
