RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist our client's community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time
  • Become and remain knowledgeable about client's products and community standards
  • Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our community
  • Display a strong bias to doing what's right
  • Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on client's platform such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content
  • Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy

Skills Required:

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English.
  • Cultural understanding of Norway.
  • Reliable, consistent, and hardworking
  • Flexible in working in a faced paced environment with different projects to work on.
  • Eligible to work in Ireland – Part time / Full time

WORKING HOURS
Candidates for the part-time role should be ready to commit for at least 16 hours per week or more.


TRAINING PERIOD
Training will be conducted Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day

Training period will be between 4 and 6 consecutive weeks, depending on the role.

There will be 2 groups to choose from: Morning (9am – 1pm) and Evening (6pm – 10pm).

During that period, all new employees are required to attend in full. After the training period, the shift pattern can be adjusted on individual needs.
