Job Description

We are seeking a Content Reviewer to join our team. This role involves investigating and resolving reported issues, enforcing client terms of use, and gathering data to improve the user experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve reported issues via the ticketing system
  • Enforce client terms of use by monitoring reports of abuse
  • Remain knowledgeable about client products and community standards
  • Utilize market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions
  • Gather and analyze data to develop user experience improvements
  • Recognize trends and patterns, escalating issues to the global team
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with empathy
  • High adaptability and positive approach to challenges
  • Ability to make decisions, prioritize, solve problems, and work as part of a team
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to consistently meet KPIs

Language Skills:

  • Fluent level of Danish in oral and written communication, with in-depth understanding of culture and social trends
  • Advanced level of English (C1)

Contract and Benefits:

  • Full-time, permanent contract
  • €29,700 per year base salary (€33,000 with evening shift uplift)

Working Hours and Location:

  • Day shift: 9am – 5:30pm, or evening shift: 6pm – 2am, Monday to Friday, occasional weekends and bank holidays
  • No rotations, fixed working schedule
  • Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South

Requirements:

  • Confidence in dealing with sensitive content
  • Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport, Stamp 4, or Stamp 1G)
