Our diverse global team is constantly innovating and trying new things, so a natural curiosity and willingness to learn will help you thrive in this rapidly changing discipline.  You’ll be leading a team of Content Program Managers (CPMs) to drive the content strategy, quality, and delivery for multiple products on the support.microsoft.com site. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND experience in program management, digital content publishing/management, or experience in a writing or editing roleOR equivalent experience.Experience with digital publishing modalities (e.g., Web, social media, in-product, training, online ads).Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.People management experience.Strong data competency with proven track record of deriving insights from data and using data to inform decisions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and audiences.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
