Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND experience in program management, digital content publishing/management, or experience in a writing, or editing roleOR equivalent experience.Recent experience with digital publishing modalities (e.g., Web, social media, in-product, training, online ads).Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.People management experience.Experience using LLM tools like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, and familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in AI-powered content creation. Strong data competency with proven track record of deriving insights from data and using data to inform decisions.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and audiences. Help define and then oversee the development process, from needs analysis to production to evaluation, and ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness of the content. Hire and lead a team of micro-learning designers and developers. Validate new micro-learning content for audience fit and effectiveness. Define new success metrics and analytics for micro-learning content. Partner with other teams, such as product management, engineering, marketing, design, and customer support, to understand customer needs, get feedback, and gather usage and impact data. Analyze customer feedback and content analytics to curate micro-learning library. #LI-DNI
