Job Description
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will drive process excellence and lead the way in sustaining improvement.
At Mondelēz International, you will play a key role in maintaining systems and performing tasks that support our continuous improvement processes and culture.
You will be responsible for providing training on CI tools and techniques, helping teams collect and analyze data, and facilitating root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps.
You will also establish new work standards to sustain improvement and train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing training on CI tools and techniques

Requirements:
- CI and high-performance work systems experience
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment
- Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems
- Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools
- Organized and disciplined approach to support and educate on the DMS process
- Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data
