Job Description
Drive productivity and process improvement across Ireland Manufacturing Plants, focusing on waste reduction, production optimization, and cost base reduction. Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and partner with customers to deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with site teams to identify process capability improvements and mentor team members on problem-solving skills.
- Drive and champion KPIs for True Efficiency (TE) improvements, Y&U improvements, and best practice sharing and adoption.
- Develop productivity pipeline for the Concentrate business in Cork and the Food Flavours business.
- Work with global teams to partner with customers and stakeholders to evaluate opportunities and prioritize areas for focus.
- Influence project selection and own the monthly productivity review meetings for Cork Operations, Ireland Supply Chain, and Food Flavours.
- Deliver individual productivity projects or programs for the business.
Qualifications:
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt required.
- Proven program/project management skills.
- Experience in capex process, engineering projects, and vendor management.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent, engineering or lean or similar degree required.
