Seeking experienced Business Analyst with strong background in Compliance, GAP Analysis, and requirements gathering for contract role with ASAP start, focusing on NIST and DORA compliance and business operations. Key responsibilities include assessing infrastructure, capturing requirements, and driving remediation plans. Strong communication and influencing skills are required, with formal certification in NIST/DORA a distinct advantage. Proven track record in Business Analysis/GAP Analysis in Financial Services environments and compliance-focused programs is essential. Work-from-home day rate contract with 7.5 hour day, without sponsorship available. **Key Responsibilities:** Assess customers' infrastructure against NIST CSF or similar internationally recognised security framework. Capture business and technical requirements of solution and develop remediation plan for non-compliance. Work with business and technical teams to develop As-Is and To-Be processes and map route towards compliance. Design and run remote and in-person workshops to facilitate assessment of current/desired state and deliver advisory results. Capture business and functional requirements of solution. **Nice to Have:** Strong influencing abilities with proven track record of influencing people at all levels of organisation. Formal certification on NIST/DORA.
