Job Description
Business Analyst with strong background in Compliance, GAP Analysis, and requirements gathering. Strong knowledge of NIST and DORA, with experience in facilitation and elicitation techniques. Responsible for assessing infrastructure, capturing requirements, and developing remediation plans. Strong communication skills and ability to communicate across the organisation at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess infrastructure against NIST CSF and develop remediation plans for non-compliance.
- Capture business and technical requirements and drive NIST compliance.
- Understand DORA regulations and translate legally defined technical controls into practical controls.
- Work with business and technical teams to develop As-Is and To-Be processes and map a route towards compliance.
- Design and run workshops to assess current/desired state and deliver advisory results.
Nice to have:
- Strong influencing abilities with a proven track record.
- Formal Certification on NIST/DORA.
- A proven track record of Business Analysis/GAP Analysis in Financial Services environments and compliance focused programmes.
