We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Compliance, GAP Analysis and requirements gathering for an asap contract start. Our client is looking to speak to Business Analysts with exposure to both NIST and DORA and mapping their impact on business operations and identifying and driving the necessary changes to ensure successful & compliant implementation. We looking to speak to contractors with expert knowledge of business analysis techniques, strong experience with facilitation & elicitation techniques, establishing As Is and mapping toward To Be to ensure compliance with new directives as well as proven experience of successfully redesigning processes to ensure compliance with new regulatory regimes The successful candidate with have very strong communication skills and techniques, with the ability to communicate across the organisation at all levels and with key stakeholders Key Responsibilities Responsible for assessing customers infrastructure against NIST CSF (or a similar internationally recognised security framework) Responsible for capturing the business and technical requirements of the solution and developing a remediation plan for non compliance and driving the process to ensure NIST compliance Strong understanding of the DORA regulations and translating legally defined technical controls into practical controls for implementation and operation. Work with the business and technical teams to develop the As-Is and To-Be processes and map a route towards compliance. Responsible for designing and running remote and in person workshops facilitating workshops with key business and technical stakeholders to assess current / desired state and delivering advisory results back as actions that can be understood by business management in order to drive DORA compliance. Responsible for capturing the business and functional requirements of the solution. Nice to have:. Strong influencing abilities with a proven track record / ability to influence people at all levels of an organisation Formal Certification on NIST/ DORA would be a distinct advantage. A proven track record of Business Analysis / GAP Analysis in Financial Services environments and compliance focused programmes.
