Contract IT Recruitment Resourcer
Stelfox, an award-winning Irish agency, seeks highly motivated individuals to drive business forward on its high-performing IT contract team in Dublin.
As a Contract IT Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in driving the next wave of Stelfox success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for contract positions across all Technology disciplines
- Manage an existing contract desk with a book of business
- Co-ordinate interviews during the contract hiring process
- Negotiate offers and manage relocations (where applicable)
Requirements:
- Strong, positive, and energetic character
- Recruitment or some previous sales experience is highly desirable
- Open to Junior or Senior level Resourcers
- Excellent communication skills, via telephone, face-2-face and email
- Comfortable using Social Media Recruitment tools
- Capable organiser who can focus and deliver to a plan
- A passion or interest in technology is a strong advantage
