**Job Summary** Manage Veolia's Key Accounts, coordinating staff and operational activities, while maintaining high customer service standards and developing contracts through innovation and continuous improvement. **Job Description** The Contracts Manager will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for managing all aspects of Veolia's Key Accounts. This will involve coordinating all Veolia staff on the client's site, managing operational activities in the waste management scope, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage various contracts within the scope of services for Integrated Waste Management Contracts * Manage subcontractors and staff under the following criteria: + Health & Safety + Adherence to all relevant Legislation + Service Level Agreements / KPI's + Adherence to Budget * Provide technical support to the customer and the on-site team to ensure compliance with both regulations and the customer's requirements * Deliver all Veolia site services within budget * Prepare budget forecasts and track to plan for financial costing * Delegating, organizing and coordinating all resources to ensure successful completion/implementation of activity/service * Report to the client on contract progress and ensure client satisfaction utilizing the agreed KPI's * Establish and develop opportunities to diversify or increase contractual services to the client * Work with the bid team to prepare bids in response to client tenders in your portfolio * Manage Monthly / Quarterly Meetings with your clients * Liaise with QHSE to ensure that all QHSE requirements for managed contracts are satisfied * Work with other CM's in the business unit **Requirements** * Experience in Customer Service Management * Self Motivated with a strong customer focus * Experience in the execution of Contract Implementation * Strong Commercial acumen * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Strong IT Skills * Experience in People Management **About Veolia** Veolia is Ireland's leading environmental services company providing solutions that enable ecological transformation.
