A seasoned Contracts Manager is sought to oversee the contractual aspects of the Consolidated Contact Centre operations, ensuring high-quality services to public transport customers and operators.

Our hiring partners are seeking a Contracts Manager with a strong legal background to manage the contractual aspects of the Consolidated Contact Centre operations. The preferred candidate will have experience in contract administration, compliance, and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.

The primary function of the Contracts Manager is to manage suppliers contracted to provide and operate the CCC. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing processes to oversee ongoing supplier performance assessment
  • Managing supplier-related operational issues and disputes
  • Collaborating with Operations Management to ensure effective service delivery, project support, and invoicing
  • Ensuring processes are in place to address non-compliance or supplier performance issues
  • Ensuring continuous improvement programs are in place with suppliers
  • Developing strong internal and external relationships
  • Developing and maintaining processes for auditing, reviewing, and improving operational processes
  • Supporting the establishment of new operational processes and standardizing existing ones
  • Working with stakeholders to continually improve the customer experience

The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, excellent communication skills, the ability to present alternative views under pressure, and the flexibility to adapt to changing agendas and priorities.
