Job Description
Manage offshore test delivery teams and testing projects, performing requirement analysis, test designing, documentation, and reporting. Create test plans, work breakdown structures, and estimates for test costs and labor hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage testing projects, including requirement analysis, test designing, documentation, and reporting.
- Provide test estimates for in-scope items.
- Create detailed test plans and work breakdown structure plans.
- Deliver tests against agreed schedules, driving progress and quality.
- Track and forecast test costs and labor hours.
- Drive automation in the team by engaging with the Automation Shared Service.
- Manage all test phases to ensure smooth and high-quality deliveries.
- Manage and escalate RAID with mitigation plans.
- Closure of test defects.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to support and direct offshore test analysts/leads/managers.
- Experience with Jira/Zephyr for test and defect management.
- Knowledge of Confluence and other test tools.
- Ability to track and manage test metrics and KPIs.
- Engagement and management of stakeholders, including UAT and NFT test teams.
