Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a temporary Contracts Administrator with an immediate start for a 3-6 month contract for my client based in Swords, North Dublin.

High likelihood of permanency available for the right candidate.

Daily Duties:
*Raise POs *Review monthly accruals *Process supplier invoices *Invoice checks to confirm accuracy prior to payment.

*Troubleshooting work not billed or cancelled *Monthly supplier reconciliations/Submissions *Expert level and proficiency in using VLOOKUPs functionality *Provide and maintain accurate and up to date reports and spreadsheets *Preparation of monthly management reports as *Ability to present monthly results to management team *You will be able to influence and be a great communicator as there will be a requirement to work in conjunction with senior management, operational teams and clients.

Requirements *2 -3 years experience in a similar role *Previous experience raising invoices, POs and reconciling is essential.
