Job Description
Commercial Manager sought for expanding Clare-based company to oversee commercial business development, management, and day-to-day operations, providing end-to-end service to customers.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Pharmaceutical, Engineering, or Construction industries and possess strong relationship-building skills, ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying new commercial markets and clients to expand the company's business
- Developing strong relationships with the current customer base
- Managing site compliance with environmental and health and safety legislation
- Ongoing development of CRM
- Coordinating onsite work as required
- Liaising with management on a weekly basis
The successful candidate will be offered an excellent basic salary (€55 to 67k dependant on experience) with an OTE of circa €100k and benefits including expensed Jeep, Phone, Laptop, etc.
Knowledge and background in civil engineering, waste management, pharmaceutical industries will be advantageous.
