Exciting opportunity for a Contracts Director to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor based in Cork. With a mixture of residential, commercial, and school projects nationwide, this role offers a unique chance to lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of projects.Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Contracts team.Oversee the successful delivery of residential, commercial, and school projects.Develop and maintain strong client relationships.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Monitor project performance and implement improvement strategies as needed.Manage risk across all projects.Mentor and develop team members.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Requirements:Proven experience as a Contracts Director or similar role.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Irish or UK Experience working on large scale projects.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Salary Package:€150k - €160k + DOECompany vehicle and fuel card.Pension contribution.Life CoverBike to Work SchemeTravel Saver SchemeScholarship ProgrammesProfessional DevelopmentIf you are a Contracts Director interested in this opportunity, please send your CV to e.dobson@gpcireland.com or contact Eve on 086 189 3835.
