Role Overview: Take charge of project delivery, ensuring efficient execution and performance. Lead the team, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to maintain workflow. Organize and oversee project activities for optimal results. Regularly review progress and manage client and design team expectations.. Work closely with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to meet project timelines and contract specifications. Ensure all activities comply with the companys Quality System and relevant procedures. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Maintain top Health & Safety practices throughout the project. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: 5+ years experience as a Contracts Manager in construction. Experience delivering large-scale construction projects. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven track record of meeting budget and specification targets. Strong knowledge of quality and safety management systems. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Deep understanding of Health & Safety regulations for Irish construction sites.
