Contracts Manager | Electrical | Dublin€90-€115k per annum (DOE)An industry-leading, international Mechanical and Electrical provider, specializing in turnkey packages, is hiring for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager.As Contracts Manager, you will lead project operations across various contracts that run concurrently. You will be responsible for ensuring that the projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards, exceeding client expectations.Role & Responsibilities:Involvement in estimation preparations, packs, and support.Design development, value engineering, pre and post-contract commencement.Ensure the highest levels of commercial management are adhered to and commercial targets are achieved while working in conjunction with Project QS.Manage all aspects of procurement, including subcontractors and plant/equipment.Oversee the contracting process with chosen sub-contractors/specialists and ensure works are carried out correctly and per contract and relevant specifications.Closely monitor the usage of materials and resources on projects.Ensure weekly progress reports are issued, including RFIs, procurement schedules, technical submittals, program updates, and identification of critical issues specific to projects.Hold regular meetings with both the design team and sub-contractors.Oversee and execute the effective control and use of both labor and materials on projects.Be responsible for implementing company Health and Safety Procedures and reporting to the Company’s Health and Safety Manager.Actively engage in business development to obtain future opportunities for the company.Maintain and build upon good working relationships with internal & external stakeholders of the business.Key Requirements:Ideally 10+ years’ experience in M&E background, including data center experience.Third Level Degree desirable, not essential.Ability to demonstrate leadership while building strong working relationships.Collaborative stakeholder management.Good interpersonal & written communication skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Compensation will be commensurate with the experience and qualifications of the individual candidate, with a full and comprehensive company benefits package included. #J-18808-Ljbffr
