Contracts Manager role in County Mayo for a leading Manufacturing Company, responsible for delivering projects from planning to final account stage.
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing QEHS on all sites
- Managing Project Managers, Project Engineers, Foremen, Site staff
- Managing relationships with Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants, Clients, End Customers
- Managing materials and supplies on site in a safe and secure manner
- Delivering projects on program and within P&L budgets
- Liaising with design team
- Monitoring progress on site and maintaining site documentation
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing minutes of project meetings and addressing issues arising
- Managing all projects from start to finish
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Qualification or Equivalent in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
- HVAC or mechanical experience
- Good communication skills
- IT Proficient
